this authorization does not allow the use of the image in contexts that jeopardize the personal dignity and decorum of the interested party and in any case for use and/or purposes other than those indicated above.

DECLARES

• to give consent to Piaggio & C. S.p.A., with registered offices in Pontedera (Pisa), Viale Rinaldo Piaggio n. 25, its subsidiaries and/or affiliates and/or authorised dealers to use the photographs and videos that depict me and the related content, even partially, for promotional-advertising and commercial, events, website, social media, and editorial purposes;
• to approve the context and environment in which the photographs and videos that depict me and the related content will be inserted;
• to have no claims against Piaggio & C. S.p.A., considering him/herself fully satisfied with the activity conducted.
